It will be alleged that about 12.15am the man lost control of his car and it rolled several times, resulting in him suffering minor injuries which he required hospital treatment for.

It is also alleged that the man was in possession of about 2gm of methamphetamine and an ice pipe.

After being released from hospital he was subsequently arrested.

The accused will appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court on 25 March.
