At 5pm on Sunday 19 April, police arrested a 20-year-old man from Kingston for threatening violence towards several people whilst holding a wheel brace.

The man was charged with affray and for carrying an offensive weapon.  He was bailed and will appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court at a later date.
