At about 10.20pm, the driver was stopped at a driver testing station on Clay Wells Road and submitted to a breath test.  The man, who had a passenger and four children in the car returned an alleged reading of 0.94. He was issued with an immediate loss of licence and his car was clamped for 28 days.
