A 30-year-old Rendelsham man has lost his licence for six months after he recorded a breath analysis reading of 0.095%.
The man was stopped by police for driver screening testing on Southern Ports Highway, Millicent at 9.06pm on Wednesday, 29 April.
He will appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court at a later date.
