Missing woman Brenda Bowden
Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help locate missing Naracoorte woman, Brenda Bowden.
Brenda Bowden, 64, was last seen at her home address at 9.30am on Monday 1 June. She was last seen driving a green Holden Barina, registration S328BDR.
Police and her family are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone who spots Brenda Bowden or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact the police assistance line on 131 444.
Robe man charged with aggravated assault
A 24-year-old Robe man was arrested and charged with unlawfully being on premises, aggravated assault and resisting arrest as a result of an investigation into an incident on 18
Police will allege the accused and a co-offender entered a house a Robe and assaulted the occupant.
It is also alleged that he resisted police when arrested on Sunday evening.
The accused has been released on bail and is expected to appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court on 19 Augus
Man charged with traffic offences
It is alleged that he has never held a driver’s licence.
The accused was released on bail and will appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court on 19 August.
Millicent man reported following crash
About 3.45pm police were advised of a crash at the intersection of Agricultural Bureau Drv and Rock Camp Rd, Millicent involving a Kia station wagon – travelling east along Rocky Camp Rd – and a Land Rover station wagon, travelling south on Agricultural Bureau Drv.
Two Millicent residents in the Land Rover – a 69-year-old man who was driving and his 69-year-old female passenger – received minor injuries and were taken to the Millicent hospital for treatment.
The other driver was not injured and was subsequently reported by police.
He will be summonsed to appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court at a later date.
