Dylan Lambert receives Young Employee Award

MBCA Young Employee of the Year was won by Dylan Lambert a 3rd year apprentice with Millicent Toyota. This award is  Sponsored by Millicent Rotary Club and  President of Millicent Rotary Club Mary Altschwager presented the award. The MBCA Young Employee if the Year is for employees under 21 years of age.
Dylan is a third year apprentice with Millicent Toyota and has performed exceptionally well in his TAFE studies. He is neatly presented, is friendly and treats the customers well. He is a valued member of the staff at Millicent Toyota his employer said.
To begin his apprenticeship he had to leave school in year 11 but has returned to studies privately to complete year 12 to make sure he is qualified for what ever he decides to do in his future. He is doing this in conjunction with his TAFE studies for his apprenticeship. The panel thought this showed a commitment and a mature approach to his future employment.
